Description

Instead two columns supported onpiles were installed with rack and pinion arrangement for raising and loweringthe linkspan for the finer adjustment in height.This design solution was usedto overcome the site constraint of limited space available for the constructionof the linkspan.

Project Design

 Kashecprovided full marine civil and structural design services for this scheme. Thestructure consisted of a 45 metre long integral pontoon and approach rampdesigned using a box girder structural steel construction.
