Description
10 View Road is a residentialdevelopment in the prestigious area of Highgate.
It is a luxury residentialcomplex comprising of two buildings with private swimming pools, spas, gyms,games rooms and home cinemas.
The scheme consisted of the construction of twonew concrete buildings of circa 15,000 sq ft gross internal area.
Project Design
Kashec provided fullstructural design services for this scheme.
Secant pile wall construction wasused for the basement which was designed to achieve a Grade 3 water proofingprotection. The superstructure was a reinforced concrete frame.
