Description 

The Daman Buildings aresituated within the Dubai International Financial Centre. The scheme consistedof two connected towers, partially overlapping, of 18 and 65 storeys. 

The twostructures are interconnected with multiple link bridges. It is a mixed usedevelopment which comprises of 84,000 m2 residential accommodation, 56,000m2 ofoffices and a 300 room sky hotel.

Project Design 

Kashec collaborated with theDubai office of the global engineering firm Buro Happold to carry out thestructural design of these challenging buildings.

 Kashec engineers and technicianswere deputed to Buro Happold Dubai office during the design process.
